POLICY

Our minimum charge is $100 CAD (simple designs under 1.5×1.5 inches, no colours except black/grey wash).
Our touch-ups charge is $50 black & grey designs & $70+ for colorful designs.
Free touch-ups available under different discount programs – ask your Artist.
Sketches are a paid service (non-refundable) and includes up to three changes.
Estimates are valid for 48 hours and subject to change.
Started projects must be completed within six months to retain original pricing.
Be aware of potential allergic reactions, infections or other health complications, if appointment has to be reschedule – client must pay reschedule fee.
Deposit return is processed within 24 hours

$100 CAD deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total by the end of the appointment (yes, you won’t pay anything extra if you have small simple design).
20-minute grace period applies; after that, the appointment is automatically canceled without a refund.
Cancellations require 24 hours notice for a full refund.
Rescheduling also requires 24 hours notice. If appointment was rescheduled once, cancellation policy won’t be applicable.

Please do not come in earlier than your booked time.
Shop is open from 11 am and doors will be locked before.
Offered discounts/gift cards/promo prices must be redeemed within one year.
Please expect 14–21 days between sessions for large projects.
Tattoo Beast Studio can not guarantee to meet exact appointment length time frames as estimated due to many factors such as well being of the Client or Tattoo Artist.

No harassment, abuse, discrimination
Violations result in cancellation without refund and possible blacklisting/reporting.
No drugs or alcohol permitted at the studio
Pets are not permitted (service animals require prior approval).
The studio is adults-only (no children).
Clients may bring one guest.

Clients must disclose any medical or skin conditions (e.g., diabetes, eczema, sunburn) that may interfere with tattooing.
Communicable diseases (HIV, Hepatitis A/B/C) must be disclosed before the procedure.
Be aware of potential allergic reactions or infections if the aftercare instructions are not followed.

Only customer parking spots should be used.
Clients are fully responsible for ensuring that any design they bring is legally permitted for tattooing.
Numbing creams are not permitted due to insurance policies.
Please note: property is secured with surveillance cameras around the building as well as the Waiting Room & Reception Area.
All phone calls made to/from the shop are recorded.
