POLICY

  • Tattoo shop minimal charge is 100 CAD
  • Deposit of 100 CAD is required to book your appointment
  • Grace period is 15 minutes, after that appointment will be automatically cancelled without refund
  • Please do not come in earlier than your booked time
  • Cancellation policy is 24 hours for full refund
  • Rescheduling requires 24 hours notice
  • Given estimate is an actual estimate for only 48 hours and the subject to change
  • Offered discounts/gift cards/promo prices must be redeemed within one year
  • Any projects that have been started must be finished within 6 month to be proceed at the original price given; after 6 months price could be changed due to potential supply cost increase
  • Please expect 14-21 days time frame between appointments given for proper healing for medium-large-extra large projects
  • Tattoos are available for age of 18 years+ only
  • Please note: Tattoo Beast does not allow the use a numbing cream. Insurance policies won’t cover those who’s coming with the cream applied before the session
  • Sketching is not a free service. Please ask for pricing directly. Sketch price includes up to 3 changes; sketch fees are non-refundable. Ones paid, sketch could be tattooed at any tattoo shop of your choice; you’re buying full rights for the requested art design
  • Fading, loosing sharpness or color happens rare but considered as a “risk” of the tattooing process and would be easily corrected as needed. Please ask your artist how to avoid potential risks and always follow precisely your “After Care” instructions
  • Finger/Hand/Palm/Wrist/Foot tattoos might fade for up to 90% as per nature of the skin in these areas & their consistent involving into contact with chemicals, washing and work process of the regular human being life. Those areas must be touched up at least ones during the year. Client is responsible to pay for extra touch ups of those areas
  • Only one touch up session could be processed for free. Contact your Artist to check for terms & conditions for a free touch up
  • Client is fully responsible to use the right of asking any questions regarding the obtaining a tattoo before the session
  • Clients must advise tattoo artist regarding any medical or skin conditions such as but not limited to: acne, scarring, eczema, psoriasis, diabetes, moles or sunburn in the area to be tattooed that may interfere with said tattoo
  • Clients must not have any communicable disease such as HIV-AIDS, HEP. A/B/C, or any other strains prior the procedure
  • Please beware the risk of the allergic reaction to the pigments or processes used in the tattoo, and agree to accept the risk that such reaction is possible.
  • Due to allergic/sensitivity or bleeding/high blood pressure/fatigue/unwell client’s feeling tattoo session must be rescheduled at client’s expense
  • Please beware that infection is always possible as a result of the obtaining of a tattoo, particularly in the event when client is not taking proper care of tattoo. Aftercare instruction will be provided by the end of the session
  • Tattoo Beast Studio can not guarantee to meet exact appointment length time frames as estimated over the booking due to many factors such as well being of the Client or Tattoo Artist
  • Standard tattoo touch-ups are starts from 50 CAD/station/session. Cancellation notice of 24 hours also requires to get a full refund back for the touch-up session
  • No Harassments, Humiliations, Discriminations, Verbal Abuse or other types of violence in any kind is not allowed at the Tattoo Beast studio. All inappropriate behavior potentially leads to the cancellation of your appointment without a refund; transferring your name into Black List or even reporting to the Police.
  • No drugs or alcohol are permitted at the shop
  • Shop is “adults-only” policies, no kids are permitted at the shop
  • Client can bring up to one person to join the session
  • No pets are allowed at the shop. For service Animals please contact office to fill up a special access application
  • Please use “customers only” parking spots; do not block any entrances/service vehicles/property belonging/signs & etc.
  • Please note: property is secured with surveillance cameras around the building as well as the Waiting Room & Reception Area
  • All phone calls made to/from the shop are recorded
